Finding Your Way

In my years of sleep support I started to notice one word that kept reappearing from client to client: lost. It doesn't matter if you are a first time parent or a third time parent, there is a level of "lost" that can be experienced in the first handful of months after having a baby. But, what bothers me most is that moms associate shame and guilt with the word. As though they are failing because they don't know the way. I'm here to tell you that no one knows the way. Mother hood is about finding your way.

This 6 WEEK program is for moms that are 0-6 months postpartum, that want professional and peer support while navigating the new challenges of motherhood. Each group will have a maximum of 10 participants and be a safe space for raw and real sharing, growing and connecting. This program is aimed to gently empower new mothers to find their way.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • Ongoing group facilitation by a Registered Social Worker

  • Weekly topics and group discussion (with guest speakers) covering postpartum depression & anxiety, self care, nutrition, feeding, sleep challenges - the list goes on. Sessions will be recorded for those that can't attend in live time.
